Each Tailfie piece—whether it’s a bandana, collar, leash, or ID tag—is made with lots of love and just for your pet, which means all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.
If we accidentally send the wrong size or your item arrives damaged (rare, but it happens), email us at tailfiehelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with an exchange.
